Kukulkan, this avenue connects Tulum city center (10 minutes driving) with Tulum Hotel Zone and the most exclusive restaurants and beaches in the area (5 minutes driving). Region 15 is constantly developing, and although our condominium is fully completed, construction noise may be heard from nearby construction sites.
