Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the pool and gardens. Step out onto the private balcony, your perfect spot to relax and enjoy Tulum's natural climate.
The studio also features AC, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped bathroom with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer. Plus, you’ll have access to all the shared amenities around the condo!
Region 15 is a serene enclave nestled in the heart of the Mayan jungle. Our condominium is strategically located just three blocks from Av. Kukulkan. This avenue provides a direct connection to Tulum's city center (a 15-minute drive) and the Hotel Zone, home to the area's most exclusive restaurants and beaches (a 10-minute drive). Please note that while Av. Kukulkan is paved, the road leading to Mistiq Gardens is currently unpaved
