In the spacious common area, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed, a TV, and a dining area. The room is bathed in natural light from the large window, which also offers a stunning view of the patio and one of the pools.

Region 15 is a tranquil location nestled in the heart of the Mayan jungle. The condominium is strategically situated three blocks away from Av. Kukulkan. This avenue connects Tulum city center (a 15-minute drive) with Tulum Hotel Zone and the most exclusive restaurants and beaches in the area (a 10-minute drive). Please note that while Kukulkan Avenue is paved, the road leading to Mistiq Gardens is not yet paved.

Please note that Mistiq Gardens is not a hotel. All units in all our properties are individually owned and managed with care by Mistiq Rentals to offer you a home-like experience in a condominium setting.
